Nobody named
Denver NABA publishes no officers, manager or committee for the Loc Nar 35. The league names its own president on its front page and stops there.
None of it is written down anywhere a player could find it.
The person who knew everything about Loc Nar 35 will stop turning up eventually, and naming the officers on High Cheese takes a minute before that happens.
