The league's paperwork
Every document behind the Cutthroats belongs to Denver NABA: registration for the season and fall ball, and whatever waivers the league collects.
Nothing in the system is specific to a club, so a club with its own paperwork has nowhere to put it.
The paperwork Cutthroats actually hand a new player belongs to Cutthroats, and High Cheese is where it lives.
