The league's paperwork
Every document behind the Bad News Bears belongs to Denver NABA: registration for the season and fall ball, and whatever waivers the league collects.
Registration is the document that matters here, and it opens twice a year.
The paperwork Bad News Bears actually hand a new player belongs to Bad News Bears, and High Cheese is where it lives.
