No board published
The Willmar Rails publish no board, officers or committee. Gunnar Banks is named as manager and that is the only role attached to the club.
The Minnesota Baseball Association publishes its own directors and past minutes, but that governs the association rather than anything in Willmar.
Gunnar Banks is the only role attached to Willmar Rails anywhere public, and High Cheese lets a club name its officers in a minute.
