The paperwork behind the CCR Angels
The paperwork CCR Angels deal with belongs to the Connecticut Twilight League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
They are one of six clubs in a league that carried ten in 2015 and says it would take twelve.
It provides insurance for its clubs.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
