How to join the Expos
Players do not sign up with Expos directly. They register with the Connecticut Adult Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Expos came out of the season +4 on runs.
The league takes whole clubs as well as individuals.
Somebody who wants the Expos specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
