The league's forms
Every document behind Indians is the Cleveland MSBL's: online forms, handouts and waivers, all under the league's own menu on LeagueLineup.
Waivers are the league's to collect and the club's to chase, which is the wrong way round.
The paperwork Indians actually hand a player belongs to Indians, and High Cheese is where it lives.
