The rules the White Sox play under
The White Sox play under the Chicago North MSBL rule book.
The White Sox are one club of 41 the directory carries for this league with no site of their own.
What a 65+ game needs, in courtesy runners and pitching limits and how long an afternoon lasts, is not what an 18+ game needs.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
