How to join the Rockies GL
Players do not sign up with Rockies GL directly. They register with the Chicago North MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Rockies GL play out of Chicago, IL.
A newcomer signs up for the draft, attends a tryout, gets selected, and only then registers with the league.
Somebody who wants the Rockies GL specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
