The rules the Cardinals play under
The Cardinals play under the Chicago North MSBL rule book.
The Cardinals play out of Chicago, IL.
What a 65+ game needs, in courtesy runners and pitching limits and how long an afternoon lasts, is not what an 18+ game needs.
Rules that decide what the Cardinals may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
