The rules the A's GL play under
The A's GL play under the Chicago North MSBL rule book.
Everything public about the A's GL is the Chicago North MSBL's.
What a 65+ game needs, in courtesy runners and pitching limits and how long an afternoon lasts, is not what an 18+ game needs.
Rules that decide what the A's GL may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
