The rules the Nationals play under
The Nationals play under the Chicago North MSBL rule book.
Everything public about the Nationals is the Chicago North MSBL's.
The draft is itself a rule: this league assigns players rather than letting clubs sign whoever they find.
Rules that decide what the Nationals may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
