The rules the San Luis play under
The San Luis play under the Chicago North MSBL rule book.
The San Luis play out of Chicago, IL.
The draft is itself a rule: this league assigns players rather than letting clubs sign whoever they find.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
