How to join the Expos
Players do not sign up with Expos directly. They register with the Chicago North MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Expos publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
A newcomer signs up for the draft, attends a tryout, gets selected, and only then registers with the league.
Somebody who wants the Expos specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
