The paperwork behind the Hounds
The paperwork Hounds deal with belongs to the Chicago Metropolitan Baseball Association: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
Its standings render after load.
Nothing a club produced appears anywhere.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
