The rules the Northstars play under
The Northstars play under the Chicago Central MSBL rule book.
Everything public about the Northstars is the Chicago Central MSBL's.
The site is intact behind it -- schedule, standings, whatever the league built -- and none of it can be reached by anyone who is not prepared to override a security warning.
Rules that decide what the Northstars may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
