The paperwork behind the Chicago Islanders
The paperwork Chicago Islanders deal with belongs to the Chicago Central MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Chicago Islanders publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
A player who clicks through from a search result does not see a baseball league.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
