How to join the Islanders
Players do not sign up with Islanders directly. They register with the Chicago Central MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Islanders publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The site is intact behind it -- schedule, standings, whatever the league built -- and none of it can be reached by anyone who is not prepared to override a security warning.
A club with no way to be approached directly is invisible to anybody new to Illinois, and a High Cheese page is the address that fixes it.
