The rules the Henchmen play under
The Henchmen play under the Chicago Central MSBL rule book.
The Henchmen publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The site is intact behind it -- schedule, standings, whatever the league built -- and none of it can be reached by anyone who is not prepared to override a security warning.
A club three clicks from the rule book that governs it is a club that argues about it, and a High Cheese page ends the argument.
