The paperwork behind the Blues
The paperwork Blues deal with belongs to the Chicago Central MSBL: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Blues publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
A player who clicks through from a search result does not see a baseball league.
A club with nothing of its own on paper has nothing to hand anybody, and High Cheese is where the Blues would keep it.
