The rules the Bay Bombers play under
The Bay Bombers play under the Chesapeake MSBL rule book.
Everything public about the Bay Bombers is the Chesapeake MSBL's.
Starting at 21 rather than 18 is an unusual choice and a deliberate one: it puts the youngest bracket past college age, which changes who turns up.
Rules that decide what the Bay Bombers may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
