The paperwork behind the White Sox
The paperwork White Sox deal with belongs to the Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The White Sox publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Putting the year on the waiver is a small discipline that matters: elsewhere in this directory sites carry undated paperwork and, in one case, registration instructions eleven years old sitting beside current ones.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
