Who runs the Pirates
The Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League publishes no officers for Pirates. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
Everything public about the Pirates is the Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League's.
No officers, board or commissioners are listed, though somebody has kept an all-time standings table since 1989.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page names the people the Pirates already have.
