The paperwork behind the Indians
The paperwork Indians deal with belongs to the Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League: registration, waivers and whatever the league requires of a club before it plays.
The Indians play out of Little Rock, AR.
The league publishes a 2026 Player Waiver, a Forms section and a Player Pool Form, and keeps them in its main navigation rather than buried.
A league's rule book and the forms a club actually hands a new player are different things, and High Cheese holds the second kind.
