How to join the Expos
Players do not sign up with Expos directly. They register with the Central Arkansas Men's Senior Baseball League, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Expos publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
A player pool is the correct name for it: not a waiting list, a pool that managers draw from.
Somebody who wants the Expos specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
