How to join the Rascals
Players do not sign up with Rascals directly. They register with the Boise MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Rascals publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Forty others in this directory went with it.
Somebody who wants the Rascals specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
