The rules the Friars play under
The Friars play under the Boise MSBL rule book.
The Friars publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Forty others in this directory went with it.
Rules that decide what the Friars may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
