How to join the Bulls
Players do not sign up with Bulls directly. They register with the Boise MSBL, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
The Bulls play out of Boise, ID.
The hard part of being findable -- owning the obvious domain -- was done years ago.
Somebody who wants the Bulls specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
