Who runs the Mariners
The Boise MSBL publishes no officers for Mariners. Who manages the club is known to its players and to nobody else.
The Mariners publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
The hard part of being findable -- owning the obvious domain -- was done years ago.
A club with nobody named publicly is unreachable by anybody new, and a High Cheese page names the people the Mariners already have.
