Three seasons, then a gap
The league's standings menu offers exactly three seasons: 2021, 2022 and 2023. There is no 2024, no 2025 and no season in progress.
That gap could mean several things and the site does not say which. What it does say is that somebody kept a full table for three consecutive years, which is real work and is now sitting there ending.
Standings on High Cheese are a consequence of games being recorded rather than a document somebody maintains, so the table does not stop when the person keeping it gets busy. That is the whole difference between a three-year run and a ten-year one.
