The rules the Padres play under
The Padres play under the Atlanta MSBL/MABL rule book.
The Padres publish nothing of their own: no site, no page, no address.
Type it and you arrive somewhere -- just not at a baseball league.
Rules that decide what the Padres may field belong beside the schedule, and High Cheese puts them on the same page.
