How to join the Red Mountain Rascals
Players do not sign up with Red Mountain Rascals directly. They register with Arizona NABA, and the league places them or circulates them to managers.
A player who takes an expansion place is guaranteed a club with no tryout.
Somebody who wants the Red Mountain Rascals specifically is depending on a league placing them there, and the High Cheese free agent pool takes that signup straight to the club.
